Step 1 : Replace The Matterhorn Filter
Twist open the round face of the shower head.

Insert the Matterhorn filter inside, then twist it closed securely.

Step 2: Replace The Brienz Filter
Twist open the handle (body) of the shower head to access the internal cartridge.

Make sure the “UP” marking is facing the correct direction.
