Its multi-layer filtration structure is integrated directly into the shower head, refining water at the final point of contact with your skin and hair—quietly, consistently, and without changing your daily routine or water flow.

7-Layer Filtration Structure

• KDF (Copper-Zinc Media): Helps reduce chlorine, heavy metals, and certain impurities

• Antibacterial Ceramic Balls: Help inhibit bacterial growth inside the filter

• Vitamin C Balls: Help neutralize chlorine and support the skin’s natural moisture balance

• Alkaline Media: Helps rebalance pH for softer-feeling, more skin-friendly water

• Red Mineralization Stones: Help restore beneficial trace minerals and enhance water vitality

• White Mineralization Stones: Further refine water clarity and improve overall water feel

In addition to the internal multi-layer filtration, Bern also includes the Matterhorn Filter Cartridge, positioned inside the circular head of the shower. This cartridge contains a Calcium Sulfite layer that effectively helps reduce residual chlorine through a natural redox reaction, providing an essential baseline level of water refinement before the water reaches your skin and hair. Together, the integrated internal layers and the Matterhorn cartridge form a complete 7-layer filtration approach designed for consistent, balanced, and skin-friendly shower water.
